She has a strong track record of building efficient systems for client management, financial tracking, and team coordination, and is known for providing steady executive support, clear client communication, and organized, well-run operations.

She lives in Connecticut, where she is raising her two sons and is actively involved in causes close to her family, including supporting Fragile X programs and Unified Sports. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travel, art, and exploring new places, along with time at home with her two pug dogs, Mabel and Rocky.
