Privacy policy.

What this website collects about you, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Effective October 28, 2026.

What this policy covers

This policy covers www.stgeorgewealth.com and the forms on it. St. George Wealth Management runs the site and is responsible for the information described here.

Information about your accounts once you become a client is covered by a separate document: the consumer privacy notice LPL Financial provides under federal law. You can read it here: LPL Financial consumer privacy notice.

What we collect

What you give us. When you send us a message, ask for a consultation, download a checklist, take the Red Zone quiz or sign up for our emails, we receive what you type: usually your name, your email address and your phone number, plus anything you write in the message and any answers you choose, such as the ranges you pick for your investable assets and household income, or your answers in the Red Zone quiz. Nothing on the site asks for account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords, and we ask you not to send them through a form.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, this one records technical details when a page loads: your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, the pages you visit and how long you stay, and the site that sent you here. Google Analytics turns that into page-level statistics for us; the next section explains how.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and set up the conversation you asked for.
  • To send you the guide or checklist you asked for.
  • To see which pages people read, so we can make the site more useful.
  • To keep the site running and to block spam and abuse.
  • To keep the records that financial regulators require us to keep.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for targeted advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count visits. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. They hold a random number so Google Analytics can tell a returning browser from a new one. They do not hold your name or your email address.

We run it for measurement only. Ad personalization is turned off in the analytics tag on every page, so Google does not use visits to this site for personalized advertising. Google Analytics uses your IP address to work out an approximate location and does not store it. Google describes what it collects at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can keep analytics off this site in three ways:

  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or with a browser extension. The site honors the signal: when your browser sends it, Google Analytics does not load at all. How to turn it on.
  • Install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Every page works without them.

Browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no agreed standard for what a site should do with it, so this site does not change its behavior when it sees it. Global Privacy Control is the signal we act on.

The site has no advertising pixels, no session recording and no chat widget.

Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a cookie to tell a real visitor from automated traffic when you use a form.

Other companies' tools that run in your browser on this site:

  • OnceHub opens in a new tab when you book a time with us. What you enter there goes to OnceHub under its own privacy policy. OnceHub's privacy policy.
  • YouTube plays the podcast episodes on our podcast page in its privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not store information about you unless you play a video. YouTube's privacy policy.

Who else sees it

A small number of companies help us run the site. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use your information for anything else.

  • Google LLC, for Google Analytics, described above.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers the site and checks form submissions for automated abuse. Cloudflare sees your IP address and request details to do that.
  • Capital Turbine, which builds and maintains the site for us, stores form submissions and sends us the email that tells us you wrote.
  • OnceHub, as described above.
  • YouTube, as described above.
  • Our compliance and recordkeeping providers, where regulations require us to keep a record of communications.

We also disclose information when a court order, a regulator or the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not give your information to anyone else, and we never give it to anyone to market to you.

How long we keep it

Form submissions, and the emails that follow, stay with us for as long as we have a business reason to keep them and for the retention period financial regulators set. Google Analytics keeps the detailed event data behind our reports for no more than 14 months.

Your choices

  • Email nick@stgeorgewealth.com to ask what we hold about you from this site, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will confirm it is you before we act, and we will answer within the time the law allows.
  • Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control all the same.
  • To stop emails from us, reply to any of them and say so.
  • To contact LPL Financial about rights you may have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, use LPL's privacy preferences page.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type in a form travels encrypted to us. No website is perfectly secure, which is one more reason not to send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through a form. Once we are working together, we will give you a secure way to share them.

Children

The site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects what we collect or who sees it, we say so at the top of the page.
